WHO REQUIRES THIS QUALIFICATION?
This qualification has been developed to support learners completing the Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standard and can be used to assess their readiness for end-point assessment. It covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours pass criteria of the standard.
